         Responsible for creating and managing stage movement and dance sequence for the department.
         Organized student travel groups to Louisville (closest professional theatrical venue for the performing arts – 200 miles) to study and respond to live
         performing arts.


   KENT STATE UNIVERSITY     Department of Theatre and Dance      

       GRADUATE ASSISTANT / ADJUNCT PROFESSOR  1997 - 2000
         Responsible for teaching, managing and assisting 11 separate classes in the undergraduate acting and movement curriculum.
         Served as movement coach, fight captain for department productions.

       KENT STATE University Fellowship – Orientation of New Teacher Assistants Program  1999

         Responsible for creating orientation materials for first-time international students arriving in Kent to enter degree programs. Material covered
         cultural interaction and academic activity in an American environment.

       KENT THEATRE ENSEMBLE          1998-2000

         Responsible for assist in managing touring ensemble traveling to schools in five-county area to present Shakespeare programs to high school
         students. Assisted in marketing program to school superintendents, principals and fine arts teachers.

 

   GREAT LAKES FESTIVAL BALLET

       ARTISTIC DIRECTOR              1996 -1998
         Responsible for creation and implementation of annual budget ($250,000) for semi-professional performing arts company. 
         Responsible for managing teaching faculty, guest artists, contracted technical support.
         Produced and created 5 production/concerts per year in both large union (2200-seat Packard Music Hall and
         Stambaugh Auditorium) and small venues.
         Responsible for over-seeing artistic, technical, educational, box office, marketing and advertising and fundraising functions.
         Managed a volunteer base of 250 to assist in production, office and fundraising tasks.


 
   BALLET THEATRE OHIO

       ARTISTIC DIRECTOR              1990 -1996
         Responsible for creation and implementation of annual budget ($250,000) for semi-professional performing arts company. 
         Responsible for managing teaching faculty, guest artists, contracted technical support.
